Improper weight loss behavior of teenagers

       Nowadays women, particularly teenagers who are unsatisfied in their shape and body image increase continuously. It might also be the value of leanness that is latent with all kinds of advertising media.  These things cause many improper weight loss behaviors in female adolescents. This essay aims to show some examples of improper weight loss behavior of teenagers in the present.

       Firstly, most teenagers have a behavior by dieting breakfast that is very important to our body and lunch time in order to take a meal at dinner time. They think eating one meal a day will help their weight get loose. It is not good for health. These are illusions and become the value for people who want to lose weight dramatically. If they eat like this method, they will be a malnutrition disease and it will make them be starving more and more.

       Secondly, medication for losing weight is popular way in teenagers. They believe that medication can lose their weight increasingly and can get in their shape. Teenagers prefer to use weight-loss medicines more and more because it is low-priced and easy to find it. At present weight-loss medicines have a diversity both fitted-shape medicines and fat clearing medicines. These medications have a risky to pass away.

       Thirdly, eating a lot of food behavior and then rid them of the extra calories by vomiting. This behavior is called Bulimia symptoms. Bulimia causes danger both body and mind such as Hypotension, Amenorrhea infertility, stressed, and worried.

       Weight loss behavior that mentioned above may be increasingly lose weight, but it has many problems both body and mind. We should continuously exercise 3-5 times a week for good shape stably.

They think that eating only one meal a day will help their weight lost, but it is not good for health. These are illusions and become the value for people who want to lose weight dramatically. If they  have eating behavior like this , they will have a malnutrition disease making them starving more and more.

          Secondly, weight loss pill is another popular way to lose weight in teenagers. They believe that diet pills can make their weight lost rapidly and make them in a good shape. Teenagers prefer to use weight-loss medicines more and more because it is low-priced and easy to find . At present, weight-loss medicines have a diversity both fitted-shape medicines and fat clearing medicines.  This way   is so risky that it can be the cause of death.

          Thirdly, eating a lot of food and then get rid of the extra calories by vomiting. This behavior leads to the illness called Bulimia symptoms. Bulimia is dangerous for both body and mind such as Hypotension, Amenorrhea infertility, stressed, and worried.

          All in all, weight loss behavior that mentioned above may be rapidly lose much weight, but it has many disadvantages for both body and mind. To have the safest and most efficient weight loss, we should continuously exercise 3-5 times a week for good shape stably, and together control our eating behavior to be healthy.
