Obesity and how to weight control.

Obesity or fat problem is one of disease that varies across the world especially in the US. The news Report that there was a dramatic increase in obesity in the United States from 1990 through 2012. The state that found the highest obesity is Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama respectively in their state.1 Only few people know how to weight control in the right way. Diet pills have been used for the obesity but it is the bad way and caused a lot of problem for health. Starving is the fast way to lose weight but harm for health because you won’t have a nutrient food in your body. So what is the best way to lose weight or weight control that is not harm for body and useful for health?

The keys to lose weight and weight control are intention and to know what you eat. You have to know what your weight balance such as if you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. And if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight.2        
  The first thing that you have to approve is food. Food is the most important thing when you have to weight control. If you eat the food with high calories, you will get fat. So selecting the food is first. The nutrient foods that help you control your weight are the cereal such as Almonds, Oats, Olive oil, Beans. And the fruits such as Apples, Tomatoes, Bananas, Cucumbers and so on so far.3  It is the natural food, high vitamin and good for body that you can eat it in the balance amount.

The second that is exercise. The truth is that weight loss is about creating a calorie deficit or in other words, burning more calories than you take in.4 Timothy Church, MD, MPH, PhD, a professor at Pennington Bio medical Research Center in Baton Rouge, La. Said that the best exercise to lose weight is the exercise you’ll do.5 It is like walking or jogging in 8 minutes might be greater than you not do. So start with something you can do and love to do it such as jogging in the park with your friends or cycling with your bicycle.                      
Starving is the last key to lose weight but it is the ineffective way also. This is an awful thought not only because it doesn't work but also because it can direct to some very serious health problems such as tried and weak due to lack of energy. Not only that the body realizes it is not getting enough food so it begins storing fat to be consumed later.6                                             
The best way to lose weight is to follow a healthy, regular diet plan and consume the good foods. A healthy diet consists of no less than 1200 calories per day. Adding to that a good exercise routine that you perform three or four times a week will help you to lose weight and control your weight. Being healthy is a lifestyle and takes commitment but the rewards are that you will look better, feel better, and have more energy in your life.
